Aqua Man Burger: A delicious twist to an American classic, the Aqua Man Burger replaces beef with a crispy shrimp patty and replaces ketchup with ‘lava sauce’ — a combination of mustard and mayonnaise. The bun is made with butter rather than margarine, making the bread cashmere soft. A dash of jalapenos adds a kick of spice but does not dominate the flavour. Served with crispy onion rings and coleslaw. Rs 299-plus
BFB Pesto Salad: Fresh, savoury fusilli pasta tossed with rocket leaves, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and ribbons of handmade white buffalo mozzarella. This dish makes for a tasty but light meal, ideal for those planning to follow it up with a dessert! Rs 259-plus
Chicken Ala Kiev Shob: If meat is more to your taste, then try the Chicken Ala Kiev Shob — tender chicken corn dog-style on a stick is stuffed with garlic butter and served with some fries, accompanied with mustard mayo and creamy coleslaw. Rs 269-plus
Mac n Cheese: The Mac n Cheese is a fusion of American and Mexican tastes, innovatively mixing cheese and bacon with shrimp and chipotle. This indulgent dish is very rich and requires an empty stomach or a big fat belly! Rs 299-plus
Chocolate Cigars with Berry Compote and Citron Creme: It’s good to save some room for dessert if it means indulging in these yummy cigars that have melted chocolate in filo pastry and are served with a tangy berry compote and cream with grated orange zest. Rs 209-plus
