Cadbury Mishti Shera Shrishti, in association with Anandabazar Patrika and The Telegraph, has had budding chefs across the city all excited about the Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocochef Challenge 2018. 

t2 dropped by Sunny Dew housing complex in Garia and Pally Unnayan Samiti in Sarsuna on March 31 to check out the Cadbury mishti creations by aspiring chocochefs.

Judge Kaushik Das of Kakatua, Howrah, had a good time sampling the mishtis. “I was impressed by the mishtis presented to me. It was a treat for my eyes as everyone had garnished their dishes so well. Choosing the winners was a challenging task,” said Das. 

The judge for the evening, Prasenjit Ghosh of Ghosh & Co, had a hard time picking the winner. “I was astonished to see the energy level of all the participants today. This is my third time judging this competition. I sincerely thank Cadbury and The Telegraph for giving us such an opportunity to bring some innovation to our traditional mishtis,” said Ghosh.
