One of the biggest beauty crimes that can be committed, along with not washing the make-up off, not washing hair often enough or washing it too often, or overeating or undereating, is not drinking enough water, say experts. Being dehydrated causes skin problems, indigestion, even brain damage.

  • Give yourself reminders to drink enough water.
  • Drink smoothies, or juices, or milk, instead of having snacks.
  • Drink a little water when you feel hungry. Your hunger pangs may actually be thirst.
