My innerwear, a basic pair of jeans and T-shirts, shoes — every ridiculous pair of them — and my saris. I’ve collected these saris over a number of years and each of them tells a story.

Different things — shoes, bags, men (though I haven’t tried shopping for them yet).

Favourite accessories:

I can’t really pinpoint one. Sometimes I take my dog, a Great Dane, along as an accessory.

Essentials in your handbag:

My hand sanitiser, comb and BlackBerry. I actually carry my world in my bag — there’s even a measuring tape, torch, a pack of cards, a sketchpad and pencils, which I need in my workshop.

Which character out of history would you like to dress as?

It would be Bhanumati — the queen of magic, though she’s mythical and not many people have depicted how she dresses.
