A technical expo to help entrepreneurs showcase their ideas will be organised in the city on December 5.
Lockheed Martin Corporation, an aircraft design firm, will organise the expo at a city hotel in collaboration with the central department of science and technology, Indo-US Science and Technology Forum, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and IC2, The University of Texas, US. Fifty entrepreneurs will give a presentation on their unique business ideas or any innovative technology developed by them.
Anupama Kalra, public relations officer, Lockheed Martin, India, said on Friday: “Thirty entrepreneurs will get the chance of a domestic or international collaboration. The companies can assist the entrepreneurs concerned with money or ideas on developing the business.”
Twenty best entrepre- neurs will get a prize of Rs 1 lakh each.
Kalra said: “It is the first time this event is being held in Patna. We expect the expo to provide impetus to innovators and start-ups from Bihar to show their innovative skills.”
