Cutting across party lines, political leaders hosted Iftar parties. While BJP leaders Shahnawaz Hussain and Arun Kumar, along with food and civil supplies minister Shyam Rajak and Bihar Legislative Council vice-chairperson Salim Parwez, attended the revelry hosted by Modi, RJD leaders Ram Kripal Yadav and Ram Chandra Purbey attended the gathering at Lalu’s home.
