Singh told The Telegraph: “The power of the sports panel and the cultural committee has been increased. Besides the centralised sports and cultural committees of the varsity, each college would have separate sports and cultural committees.”
The college-level panels would be headed by the teachers of the respective institutions.
After the revival of the defunct sports committee, all colleges under the varsity would have a physical instructor. Appointed on ad hoc basis, they would assist students in different games.
