Patna: A high-level delegation of empowered committee of state finance ministers under the chairmanship of deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi would visit France, Spain, Belgium and Luxemburg between September 7 and 17. he delegation comprising finance ministers of 20 states would study the goods and services tax practices being followed in these countries.
