Patna: A Patna high court division bench comprising Justice Justice Navin Sinha and Justice Shivaji Pandey on Monday asked the Jehanabad district judge to probe the matter allegedly relating to the construction of collectorate buildings, circuit house and other government buildings by filling the major portion of a lake on 17 acres in Arwal town. he bench said the inquiry report would be submitted by June 24. The court passed the direction following a PIL filed by one Mohan Kumar.
