Patna: The state government on Monday sent a proposal for the second time recommending a CBI probe into the mysterious disappearance of 13-year-old Navruna from Muzaffarpur. ome department’s principal secretary Amir Subhani submitted the proposal to the CBI requesting it to take over the probe. The victim’s parents had gone on indefinite fast in front of the Muzaffarpur town police station in support of their demand last week. Earlier, the CBI had turned down the state government’s request. Patna: Patna-based trader J.K. Sinha was arrested from Nawada after he opened fire at Kakolat, a famous tourist spot, on Monday. Nawada superintendent of police said Sinha opened fire under the influence of alcohol.
