Pakistani ghazal singer Ghulam Ali shakes hands with chief minister Nitish Kumar in Patna on Sunday. In town to perform at a cultural meet, the singer lauded the Nitish-led NDA government for improving the law and order situation in Bihar. “The state is undergoing a change and there is development all around,” said Ali during a half-an-hour meet with Nitish at the chief minister’s official residence. Ali also praised the residents of the state for their keen interest in music. Nitish thanked Ali for the visit and apprised him of the upcoming 5,000-seat auditorium in Patna. (PTI)
