
Class II students of Mt Carmel High School present a dance programme to create awareness about protecting wildlife during the annual day function on Wednesday. Tiny tots dressed up as wild animals in the programme, Prem Se Humko Jeene Do. Retired IAS officer Sanjay Kumar Singh inaugurated the event, the theme of which is ‘Save Earth, Save Life’, in the presence of school principal Sister Serena and former principal of Patna Women’s College, Sister Doris D’Souza. Lower kindergarten students presented an action dance called “Here we go around the Mulberry Bush” to highlight deforestation, while upper kindergarten students presented a dance programme called “If I were a Butterfly”. Class I students presented a programme called “What will be the condition of people in 2050 because of scarcity of water on Earth.” Students of Class I and II presented a dance drama to highlight the importance of Christmas.
