Motihari, June 10: Police caught the person involved in demanding extortion of Rs 25 lakh from a first class judicial magistrate on Thursday.
The caller has been identified as Ranjay Sahni, an army man posted in Jalandhar. He is a resident of Adapur in East Champaran district.
