Kathmandu, Oct. 25 (PTI): The authorities in Nepal are planing a fresh trial against international serial killer Charles Sobhraj.

The jailed criminal is going to face another charge immediately after the supreme court pronounces its verdict on November 4 on his appeal against lower court verdicts convicting him for the murder of an American, Connie Jo Bronzich, in Nepal in 1975.
