September 27 at Calcutta Club, Crystal Room; 6pm: Chittotosh Mookerjee will release Nirupam Haldar’s An Insight into the Contemporary Issues 1970-2012, comprising a collection of 250 letters written to and published by various newspapers and magazines in India and abroad. September 27 at Oxford Bookstore, 17 Park Street; 6.30pm: Professor Sabyasachi Bhattacharya will release Ranjan Chakrabarti’s A History of the Modern World: An Outline.
