Former England captain Kevin Pietersen has teasingly congratulated India for their win over what he called the “England B” side.

“Badhai ho india, England B Ko harane ke liye (Congratulations India, for beating England B),” Pietersen tweeted.

He also taunted the England & Wales Cricket Board for their rotational policy. “You don’t pick your best team in the hardest place to WIN a Test match, you actually cannot even show emotion to it,” Pietersen wrote.

Questioning all-rounder Moeen Ali’s decision to return home midway, Pietersen wrote: “Moeen Ali now going home after ONE Test. Wow.”
