Ayush Pandey hammered 179 as St Lawrence thrashed South Point by 130 runs in the U-14 semi-final tie of the SLOBA Inter-school Invitational meet, on Monday. In the U-16 section, St Lawrence lost by three wickets to BDM International.

Table tennis

♦ A Montessori table tennis training camp, for children aged between four and seven years, will start from Tuesday at the Bhowanipur Bayam Sangha. The Bengal Table Tennis Association organised 16-day camp will see 50 children taking part. Chuni Goswami will inaugurate the camp on Tuesday.
