“Overall it was a good performance from the team, especially in the second half,” the 28-year-old Edinburgh-born Australian striker said at the post-match news conference on Tuesday.

Ferrando, the Spanish coach, was worried about the team’s injuries as they would be facing Mumbai City in the Durand Cup quarter final match on Sunday.

“We have some injuries. First, we need to recover and then we will think about the future. I am someone who likes to stay in the present.”
