“Just like our fans, I too was upset after the loss to Rajasthan United,” ATK Mohun Bagan’s Spanish coach Juan Ferrando said.

“But I was not frustrated... We need to improve, both in attack and defence. Mumbai are a tough side. But I know my team. We have to be cautious in defence and utilize our chances.”

BFC, Odisha win

Bengaluru FC (BFC) beat the Indian Air Force 4-0 in a Group B encounter at the Kishore Bharati Krirangan on Tuesday. Roy Krishan, Sunil Chhetri, Faisal Ali and Siva Sakthi scored.

Meanwhile, BFC has issued a statement saying the club is aware of “racist comment” made towards one of their players during the match and they were in touch with relevant authorities.

In Guwahati, ISL side Odisha FC continued their winning run defeating Kerala Blasters 2-0.
