Imphal, Feb. 16 (PTI): Activist Irom Sharmila and Manipur chief minister Okram Ibobi Singh today filed their nominations on Thursday for the Thoubal seat for the Assembly elections. Sharmila filed her nomination on behalf of her Peoples' Resurgence and Justice Alliance, which is making an electoral debut, while Ibobi Singh for the Congress.
