The Grid’s Oktoberfest menu is all about remaining true to the character of the protagonist — the beer — while fusing in a gamut of flavours. On till October 16, it features a range of traditional Bavarian delicacies with crafted and brewed authentic Marzen beer with its unique character and temperament. The Telegraph was there to dig in.

“We have been doing the Oktoberfest for quite some time, but this time we have upgraded our menu, incorporating and heroing the beer in tandem with our flavours. Kudos to our chef for getting the pieces together, while staying true to the traditional character of the beer,” said Koushika Viswanath, head brewer, The Grid.
