Calcutta added another literary meet to its calendar and this time the initiative has been taken up by The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The one-day festival, The Bengal Chamber Literary Meet: Celebrating Literature, was organised to encourage the wonderful tradition of reading and writing books. Held at Arts Acre, New Town on May 12, the lineup included some of the biggest names from the literary circuit including authors Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay and Devdutt Pattanaik, poet Srijato and writers Pracheta Gupta and Moumita.
