IIT teachers’ letter
The teachers’ association of IIT Kharagpur has written to the chairman of the institute s board of governors asking him to take steps so the registrar does not initiate disciplinary proceedings against the association s office-bearers. The letter of protest was sent to the chairman on Thursday asking him to withdraw the showcause notice and stop disciplinary proceedings against the office-bearers. The registrar had issued a showcause notice to the office bearers on November 14.
