Ayaan Mimani and Aarya Ganguly beat the heat to win the Bengal Masters 2023

The second leg of the IGU Keventer East Zone Feeder Tour was hosted by FWEPTA

The Bengal Junior Masters 2023, the second leg of the IGU Keventer Junior East Zone Feeder Tour 2023, with My Kolkata as digital partner, ended on a high note with the country's top junior golfers putting up an exquisite display of golf in the midst of sweltering heat at FWEPTA, Kolkata, between April 5 and 6.

Ayaan Mimani, an eight-year-old who shot 82 over two rounds of golf (nine holes each round), won the E Boys title, while Aarya Ganguly, who shot 113, won the E Girls title. Parikhshet More (93) finished second in the E Boys category and Ahana Khaitan (116) finished second in the E Girls category.

Aditya Khaitan of A Category won the title in the combined A&B Boys category after defeating Prashant Agarwal of B Category Boys in a sudden death playoff. Aditya and Prashant had previously shot 163 after two rounds. Despite this, Ahaan Gupta, who also shot 163 after two rounds, fought Prashant to a tie for second place on a count-back basis. Prashant Agarwal, on the other hand, finished second in A&B Boys.

Prashant Agarwal went on to win the B category boys' title, while Shaurya Vardhan Saraogi came in second after shooting 171 in two rounds. Aranyak Chakraborty took first place in the C Category Boys division with a score of 177, while Andrew Baid came in second with a score of 186. In the D Category boys division, Arkaprovo Chaudhury took first place with a score of 193, while Akshansh Modi came in second with a score of 196.

In the girls' category A&B, Dhanvi Patel took first place with a score of 193, while Samaira Chitlangia came in second with a score of 202. Julinka Roy Chowdhury, who shot a two-day total of 187, the best score among all the girls, finished first in the C&D Girls division, with Nahida Parvin (203) placing second. Indrajit Bhalotia, director, Protouch Sports, gave away the prizes to all the winners.

The tour's education partner was The Champ for Life Academy, the outdoor media partner was Balaji ads and the online proshop partner was Golfedge. Keventer, Eastern India’s largest FMCG company, sponsored giveaways for all the participants. The event was managed by Protouch Sports.
