We visit campuses on an intermittent basis. Fresh graduates may also apply to us directly.

Mid-career recruitment

Our HR team uses portals and headhunters for recruitment at this stage. We also post vacancies on our website and network with consultants.

Terms

New entrants are put on a probation period of six months. Retirement age is 58. We do not have any contractual system.

Postings / transfers

Our main office is in Calcutta but we are well-connected to other parts of Bengal and Jharkhand. Employees may need to relocate to any of these places as and when required.
