Recruitment policy for management trainees

We hire freshers as assistant consultants to augment our existing workforce and infuse fresh talent. This includes experienced professionals from other industries who are desirous of making a fresh start in the recruitment industry.

Mid-career recruitment

Though we prefer to train in-house talent to take up new roles within the organisation, for specific skill-sets we are open to hiring from outside. We recruit by advertising in the newspapers, on job portals and also through employee referrals.

Terms

The employment terms are on a par with industry standards. Retirement age is 60.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be transferred across different locations based on business needs. Our head office is in Gurgaon and branches are in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Calcutta and New Delhi.
