We used to recruit management trainees in the past and intend to revive this practice soon.

Mid-career recruitment

For recruitment at this stage, we primarily source internally. Last year, we did take in a few candidates with the help of consultants.

Terms

The retirement age is 58. Depending on the need, a position may be either full-time, part-time or out sourced.

Postings/ transfers

The Peerless General Finance Investment Company through its financial product division (FPD) operates out of 146 branch offices across India. Depending on the need, an employee may be transferred from one branch to another within the same company or to a group company.
