Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees from most reputed management institutes, but not the IIMs. We do hire people from management institutes all over the country. We also visit engineering institutes.

Mid-career recruitment

We hire fresh as well as mid-career professionals. It depends on the requirements at any level in the hierarchy.

Terms

We do not have group companies. Other than the four metros that we are present in, we have about 65 depots all over the country and one could be transferred to any of these places.

Postings/ transfers

The terms of employment differ from position to position. However, a house and a car are naturally provided to senior employees. The retirement age is between 55 years to 58 years. At Nerolac, we do not have a time-bound contractual system. It is a regular employment system without any periodicity levied. Everything depends on the performance.
