We advertise in leading publications and utilise the services of HR consultants. However, a key source for us is our strong employee referral programme, which attracts some of the best talents in the industry.

Terms

The terms are as per the guidelines followed by Accenture worldwide. We have a probation period of six months after which the employee is confirmed. The retirement age for our employees is 60 years.

Postings/ transfers

Our offices are located in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad . Employees can be posted in any one of these cities. There are also opportunities for our employees to work at our overseas projects.
