Recruitment policy for management trainees

We don’t recruit freshers but we do recruit management graduates with more than two years of experience in media or ad sales or online sales in marketing and sales.

Mid-career recruitment

This is done mostly through internal referrals and placement agencies.

Terms

Terms are as per normal industry practice. We don’t have a contractual system. Retirement age is 60 years.

Postings/ transfers

We have offices in Mumbai and Delhi. Other locations for sales team members are Calcutta, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune.

Special facilities

We have gym membership facilities for our employees, pick-ups and drops for early morning or late night shifts.
