We don’t recruit management trainees.

Mid-career recruitment

We normally recruit people with good references. But if we come across candidates with very good resumés, we consider them as well. Besides, we also advertise in newspapers and take the help of recruitment consultants.

Terms

The retirement age is as per government rules.

Postings/ transfers

Primarily, the postings are in Calcutta, where our corporate office is located, with frequent travels for sales executives.
