Recruitment policy for management trainees

We hire from select B-schools with maximum recruitment in sales. The management trainees go through a structured programme for a year with stints in different roles to help them acquire skill sets.

Mid-career recruitment

Our talent strategy is either “building talent” (moving employee to different roles to develop new skills sets), “buying” (hiring talent from outside) or “borrowing” (international assignment from India or into India).

Terms

We believe in a strong balance of work and life and have “employee well being” and “work life policies”. Retirement age is 60.
