B-School graduates are recruited in specialised functions such as structured product group, capital markets, infrastructure projects, etc. and other professionals in finance, sales and marketing, accounts etc.

Mid-career recruitment

We have a multi-pronged approach of recruitment, mainly through employee referrals/networking and empanelled consultants. Sourcing from web-based job sites is also resorted to for select positions.

Terms

For all entry-level recruitment, mainly fresh pass-outs from professional courses, the incumbent is confirmed on successful completion of the training period. In case of experienced employees, the probation period is for six months before confirmation subject to performance. The retirement age at SREI is 60 years. We offer fixed term contracts to experts from the industry for short and medium term projects and for special assignments.

Postings/ transfers

SREI being a multi-divisional, multi-location group with regional and branch offices across 32 locations in India, our employees are likely to be posted to any of these locations. The regional offices are located at Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Nagpur. Transfers happen keeping in mind individual potential, competencies, knowledge and skills necessary for cross-functionality, both laterally and vertically.
