Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit trainees from management institutes mainly for finance and marketing. Campus recruitment is done through group discussions and personal interviews. We also recruit chartered accountants for audit, treasury and credit.These recruits are groomed to take leadership positions in two to four years.

Mid-career recruitment

We insist on professionals such as MBAs, CAs and BEs. We refer to the internal database as well as advertise in newspapers, networking sites such as Linkedin and job portals. We also take help of consultants and employee referrals.

Terms

All employees are on company rolls. We have a probation period of one year. Retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be based in the head office is in Calcutta and the 172 branches all over the country. We also transfer employees.
