Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit fresh CAs and commerce graduates. CAs are offered management trainee positions.

Mid-career recruitment

Newspaper advertisements, job portals, employee referrals and recruitment consultants are used for mid-career recruitment.

Terms

We offer regular employment after six months? probation period. The retirement age in our company is 60. We don?t have a contractual system.

Postings/ transfers

We have offices in London, Washington and Mumbai. Most of our employees are posted in Mumbai.

Special facilities

Besides the regular conveyance facilities, we have an in-house gymnasium, a meditation room and a library.
