Recruitment policy for management trainees

We visit engineering colleges and a few select B-schools for recruiting management trainees for our four manufacturing plants located across India and for our corporate office.

Mid-career recruitment

We seek the help of consultants and also advertise in the media. Our recruitments are done twice a year.

Terms

We have a probation period of six months which can be extended, depending on the employee?s performance.

Postings/ transfers

Our head office is located in Mumbai and we have manufacturing plants in Goa, Daman, Vasai and Baddi (Himachal Pradesh). We follow a rotation policy for trainees.

Special facilities

We have a unique policy of paying all the wedding expenses of young woman employees. We also organise entertainment weekends for the families of employees, movie outings, etc.

We require engineers, accountants, packaging experts, HR experts, workshop managers, plant supervisors, supply chain experts, IT professionals, etc. We are also hiring senior level staff, like presidents, vice presidents and general managers.
