Recruitment policy for management trainees

Since we need very few management trainees, the number of management institutes visited by Aztec Software are few, one of them being ISB (Indian School of Business).

Mid-career recruitment

We use internal referrals, advertisements, web portal, career fairs, consultants, recruitment databank, campus recruitment, etc. for this purpose.

Postings/ transfers

Major part of the recruitment takes place in India, for our offices in Bangalore, Pune or Hyderabad. Employees may also be transferred to our offices in Santa Clara, USA or London, UK.

Terms

Aztec employs candidates on the basis of mutual agreement on the terms and conditions laid down. It is mandatory for an employee to sign the ?non-disclosure agreement? and the ?invention agreement? with Aztec. The retirement age is 58 years.
