Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit freshers from key institutions (both B-schools as well as engineering institutes). The minimum qualification required is a degree in engineering/MCA or an MBA. Software candidates must have technical, communication and leadership skills.

Mid-career recruitment

We look internally first for managerial hires. Candidates are recruited through internal referral schemes, or through advertisements, walk-ins and recruitment fairs.

Postings/ transfers

Enhancing competency and intra-organisational and lateral transfers of associates form a part of the ?Associate Development Plan? to provide associates on-the-job exposure.
