We have our own training division in which we produce ITES professionals to work in our production department. Moreover, we train our people as per our client requirements.

Mid-career recruitment

We generally depend on employee referrals and also advertise in leading news papers. We try and take in freshers and then train them as per our requirements.

Terms

Our full-time in-house employees get all the regular benefits. The retirement age is 60. Our home-based employees work on a contractual basis and they can work beyond the age of 60.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees are posted at our head office in Calcutta. We do encourage inter-departmental transfers. We will be shortly opening offices in Mumbai and Bangalore. We also have an office in Bangladesh.
