Recruitment policy for management trainees

We cater to online, store, and IT outsourcing and we require management trainees for all the three sections. We recruit people from newspaper ads and also take trainees from campus interviews conducted in various institutes and colleges all over India.

Mid-career recruitment

We prefer to recruit from advertisements or personal contacts. We look for stability and relevant experience. We do a strict background check before selecting and prefer freshers with excellent communication skills. In our IT division we are looking for professionals with a creative bend of mind ready to work in flexible shifts.

Terms

We want people to grow with us. Our retirement age is 58 and we do not have a contractual system but once a candidate joins he has to serve for a period of five months and no leave is granted in this period.

Postings/ transfers

All positions are for our Calcutta office only. However, certain posts do require a lot of travelling.
