We recruit our management trainees through campus recruitment and employee referrals only.

Mid-career recruitment

We hire experienced people through newspaper advertisements, data mining on various job boards, through job fairs and researching on the Internet.

Terms

We hire people as full-time employees, with good salary packages and other benefits, we also run programmes where we reward the longevity of an employee with the organisation. Our retirement age is 60 years and we do not encourage a contractual system.

Postings/ transfers

Hyderabad is our Asia headquarters and our other offices are located in Philadelphia and at London. Transfer from one department to other is encouraged, in fact, we open up all our jobs to internal people before we do that for the external world.
