Name: Robin Singh, junior cadet at Tata Football Academy, Jamshedpur.

Excited about: Attending the national-level coaching camp in Goa, beginning later this month. Having already proved his mettle at the Durand Cup, DDA Cup and the Governor’s Cup in Aurangabad, Robin is ready for the challenges ahead.

At present: He is representing his academy at the on-going JSA football league, where he’s playing at the left back position for his team. What sets him apart from others is his positive attitude, self confidence and a sense of determination. Qualities which will take him far, says his coach.

Always loved: Sports, of course, having been part of various national events and international meets, too. Cricket was always his first love. Having played for Delhi in the under-15 cricket tournament. .
