MUSE ON CANVAS

An artist lends colour to his imagination at a workshop-cum-exhibition at Rabindra Bhavan in Sakchi on Sunday. Organised by Tagore School of Fine Arts, the 9th edition of the three-day event that began on Saturday has 39 participants. The annual workshop aims to bring the best creative talents in and around the steel city to promote visual art. This year, participants are trying out themes from the Indian mythology, issues such as women's empowerment and human behaviour through paintings, sculptures and installations. The artworks will be displayed at Rabindra Bhavan within this week. Picture by Bhola Prasad
