Dhanbad all set to host India International Grand Trade Fair 2022

Jharkhand Industries and Trade Association will be organising it between March 4 and 14 to boost trade in state

Intended at giving a boost to industrial and trade activity in the state, Jharkhand Industries and Trade Association (JITA), will be organising the India International Grand Trade Fair 2022 between March 4 to 14. It is being hosted in association with CCG Marketing, a technology driven marketing solution.

JITA and CCG Marketing have signed a MoU in this regard. The fair will have around 150 stalls of various Indian States besides those belonging to neighbouring countries and other Asian nations, like Thailand, Malaysia, Iran, Bangladesh, UAE and Afghanistan. These kiosks will be dealing in a wide range of products including international products.

Talking to The Telegraph Online, Rajiv Sharma, General Secretary of JITA said, “The products exhibited during the fair will range from furniture and interior goods to garments and leather products, agro and food processing products, handicrafts and handlooms, beauty and cosmetic products, electronics appliances, health and fitness goods besides lifestyle products.”

The international products that will be displayed at the fair at around 15 stalls besides some Indian Stall including, Afghan Dry Fruits, Malaysian Fountain, Onyx Stone, Bangladeshi Sarees, perfume of Dubai etc.

“This is the first time that such an international fair of this stature is being organized in Dhanbad. We are expecting a huge footfall,” added Amitesh Sahay, a renowned Dhanbad-based hotelier and president of JITA.

“At a time when the trade and industry is slowly limping back towards normalcy the fair is expected to boost the trade and commerce activity in the state,” said Sahay. He added that the fair would be held on a huge ground for which the site has been selected.

The trade fair will provide a platform to the traders, manufacturers to exhibit their products to wholesalers, retailers as well as common people.
