Ranchi, Feb. 12: ?Happiness begins at home? is the mantra for Colour My World, a fashion exhibition organised at the Capitol Hill on February 14 ? Valentine?s Day.

The show?s organisers claim that people will fall in love with their houses again, if they take suggestions from the experts at the fair.

A brainchild of Neha, a graduate of National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Union ministry of textiles, New Delhi, the exhibition is an attempt to fuse imagination and fantasy as far as colour is concerned.

The designer said the exhibition will present before the people of Ranchi a whole new range of co-ordinated home fashion collections, and pointed out she believes in the fact that ?happiness begins at home?.

Neha?s forte lies in fashionable interiors.

Her collections include the feminine ?Cloud Pink? (bedroom collection ? bed sheets, pillows, cushions, bags, accessories ? all in pink), ?Icy Morn? (bedroom collection ? all in blue), the vibrant ?Marigold? (bedroom collection in orange) . There is also the exotic Middle East Experience, which includes space dividers, sheer curtains, lampshades, hangings.

The line includes fashion accessories like pouches and bags to complete the look.

A designer by profession, Neha, was adjudged the best student for her final design collections at NIFT.

She has experience in working for various export companies.

Her designs at the annual international gifts fair held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, were a success.

The designer?s clients range far and wide. Her customers today include companies from Europe, USA and Australia.

Neha did her schooling from Ranchi and later honed her creative skills at Delhi University.

The designer is also a trained ballet dancer.
