Superman Returns: The Man of Steel is back after six long years. His quest to find his kin in the planet of Krypton ended in futility. Superman hence returns (Brandan Routh) to Earth and resumes his life as Clark Kent, the reporter of Daily Planet. He finds his lady love Lois Lane (Kate Bosworth) there, but sadly enough he realises that with his departure life hadn’t stopped. Lois has moved on with her life. So have the people of Metropolis. They have learnt to live life without the help of Superman.

Superman loses motivation until his old nemesis Lex Luthor (Kevin Spacey) is back with a plan to defeat him. Directed by Bryan Singer (of X-Men fame) here’s Superman fighting for the love of his people and his girl, Lois.
