Shemaroo has released four very recent releases in DVD/VCD, Dil Maange More!!! (Rs 349), Padmashree Laloo Prasad Yadav, Elaan (Rs 149 each) and Bullet (Rs 125). Of these, the Ananth Narayan Mahadevan-directed Dil Maange More!!! did the best business at the box-office, with Soha Ali Khan making her Hindi film debut along with one-film-olds Shahid Kapur, Ayesha Takia and Tulip Joshi. It?s a frothy romance, maybe a little too dumbed down.

Mahesh Manjrekar?s Padmashree Laloo Prasad Yadav came with a lot of hype, but turned out to be quite a disaster despite the three-bimbo act (Masumeh, Kim Sharma, Anupama Verma) and Suniel Shetty, Johny Lever and Manjrekar doing lead roles.

Elaan had ?five unlikely heroes...one mission? and the USP of Mithun returning to Bollywood. But it has the male bimbo, John Abraham, along with Rahul Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Lara Dutta and Amisha Patel. Drugs, mafia and molls kind of film which didn?t give the BO a shot in the arm, anyway.

And then there is Bullet. When it sped past the BO, no one knows, but the poster design has the tagline, ?Time was running out to pull the trigger...? It stars, along with Aseem Merchant (who?), Miss Bulgaria Natalie Gurkova.
