Karan Kundra has “no time to chill or shop or travel”. Just after packing up his shoot (for Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum on &TV), the 31-year-old took an evening flight to Calcutta recently to spend a Saturday night with fans. “I have no time, ya! My daily show takes up all my time! FITNESS FIX
I am doing some experiments with my workout regimen. For the first time, I am working out according to my blood group, which says that there are certain things that I can’t do, such as having chicken and wheat, which is a big thing for me because I have grown up on stuff like that. I also do high-intensity workouts now.
