What is Fabelle? 

Fabelle is a luxury chocolate brand from ITC. 

Where is it? 

The Fabelle chocolate boutique is just opposite the coffee shop Eden Pavilion.

Did you say chocolate?

Yes, chocolate! The kind of chocolate you buy in boxes from duty-free airports for friends and relatives back home. Only this one is available right here, right now.

Why Calcutta?

“Calcutta is home to ITC Sonar so it had to come here,” said Atul Bhalla, GM, ITC Sonar. The first one was launched in Bangalore’s ITC Gardenia in July and is expected to roll out in other cities.

What can you buy at Fabelle?

Apart from the chocolates listed on this page, you can buy three types of Chocolate Entremets, a classic French confection. It has layers of mousse, creme, biscuit and maybe a hint of crunch too! The Black Forest Revisited (Rs 450) was our favourite.

Then there are four types of Chocolate Dreams — enrobed in cocoa glaze that is so glaze-y that you see your reflection in them! By now you know we’re partial to dark chocolate, so we tried the Signature Dark Chocolate petit cake.
There are also beverages — Iced Chocolate and Warm Cocoa — so feel free to take a seat (there are a couple inside the boutique and some outdoor overlooking the Lily Pond) and well, sip away! 

What about home delivery?

There is complimentary home delivery for orders of Rs 1,500 and above, within a 10km radius. With Friendship Day and Rakhi around the corner, this could be an ideal gift.
