Tolly actors Tonushree Chakraborty and Shaheb Bhattacherjee hopped across different sweet destinations for the seventh edition of Cadbury Mishti Shera Shrishti in association with Anandabazar Patrika and The Telegraph, and spoke to t2 about their love for Cadbury mishti.

Tonushree Chakraborty picked Chocolate Roshmadhuri as her favourite Cadbury mishti at Anjali Sweets (Beleghata). “I love the Cadbury Mishti Shera Shrishti campaign. It’s a fusion that people of all age group love. Before leaving for school my grandmom used to give me money secretly for Cadbury, so that I would finish my tiffin,” recalled Tonushree, who prefers Cadbury Dairy Milk over any other chocolate.

“Over the years this campaign has grown in terms of variety of mishti and number of mishti shops. Everyone used to associate rosogolla and mishti doi with Calcutta, now everyone associates Cadbury mishti too. When I travel to Mumbai, friends ask me to get Cadbury mishti for them,” said Shaheb Bhattacherjee, posing with Cadbury mishti at Kakatua Sweets & Snacks (Howrah).
